It helps a great deal if you include, where they apply:

• the email address on your account;
• whether you were using the web or the app, and on what device;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and roughly when;
• for a chart that looks wrong, the birth date, time and place you entered. A chart is only ever as right as those three.

Your subscription

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, your subscription is held by that store rather than by us, so it is also managed and cancelled there, in your Apple account or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot cancel, refund, or change a store subscription on your behalf, and neither can we see your payment details.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not delete anything: your profiles, charts and settings stay exactly as they are, and remain available if you subscribe again.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without asking us:

• On the web: Account → Delete account.
• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, every profile and chart you saved, your settings, and your billing history with us. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it afterwards.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription held by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store first, or it will keep renewing.

A note on what Shukraya is for

Shukraya calculates. It casts charts and computes periods from the birth details you give it, and it does not offer predictions, readings, or interpretations. So support can help with anything the software does, but cannot tell you what a chart means.
